*Phase 1: Pilot Project 2-3 Months

Phase 2: Part Time Services
The next step is the transition into our operations. With only 2 current members, Kali and the Founder, we are not able to open immediately to full time service.
Phase 3: Additional Services
As we work with more clients and develop our skills, we will be offering more services to clients. The best way to learn more is to develop with hands on experience.
Phase 4: Sustainable Development
As we continue to take on more clients, we will need to develop our business. This process is long, but acheivable.
Phase 5: Full-Time Transition
We are aiming to transition True North K9 Training to a Full-Time training service for the people of Thunder Bay.
Phase 6: CKC Obedience
We are a developing company, currently we do not offer CKC courses because we have not gained enough experience in their requirements, techniques, and procedures. However, we would like to eventually expand our operation to the competitive world of Dog Training.
Phase 7: Our First Facility
We need a space to train full-time and all season. A place where we can board and train dogs of all ages and sizes. A place for community and growth.
Phase 8: Training Sponsor Program
This is our goal, to be able to offer free services to families and pet owners in need who cannot pay for the services. This requires careful planning and considerations to ensure that every person is helped but no one takes advantage. Our company strives to be the North Star in a lost society. Our promise is that corporate greed will NEVER find a home at True North K9 Training.
